Daily5 is local-first. Your check-ins, notes, moods, and reflections are stored in your browser's localStorage on this device. We don't run accounts, we don't sync to a server, and we don't sell or share your entries with anyone.
All of the above lives on this device only. Clearing your browser data or using a different device or browser will remove or hide your entries.
If you enable a daily reminder, the notification is scheduled by your browser locally. We don't run a notification server.
Clear your site data from your browser's settings, or use your browser's per-site "clear storage" tool. That removes everything Daily5 knows about you.
If you send feedback through the in-app form, that message and any email you include are handled by the form or email service configured for Daily5. Those messages are not stored on this device.
Daily5 is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic or treatment product. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
